Making Beneficial Lifestyle Choices Goals: • Improve the health of individuals in the Commonwealth of Kentucky through education regarding nutrition, physical activity, chronic disease, and healthy weight. • Provide skills necessary for individuals to solve problems related to nutrition, physical activity, chronic disease, and healthy weight and to empower individuals to take initiative and action and reflect on their actions.

  7. Making Beneficial Lifestyle Choices Goals continued: 3. Form partnerships with families, communities, and state groups to collectively address problems related to obesity, physical inactivity, and poor nutrition choices. 4. Improve the quality of life for all people living in Kentucky.
