Title 2, Part D • Enhancing Education with Technology • Used to purchase LCD projectors, student response systems, & school touch pads. • Supplies United Streaming video content matched to the Virginia SOLs. • Professional development in the use of technology. • Document cameras, SmartBoards
Title 3, Part A • Language Instruction for Limited English Proficient (LEP) and Immigrant Students • Translator • Professional Development for English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers • Instructional supplies for ELL classrooms
Title 4, Part A • Safe & Drug Free Schools and Communities • Reconnect Program • Partially funds School Safety Analyst salary • Supports educational drug and violence prevention programs for all staff and students in Accomack County Schools
Combining the Parts • The Consolidated Grant supplies Accomack County Schools with $2.9 million for our classrooms. • This money greatly enhances educational endeavors in our classrooms.
