Introductions - Instructions • Using the form provided, write down your answer to the questions (3 min) • In your group, appoint a group leader, reporter and time keeper. (2 min) • Within each group, everyone should read their answers to the group. (10 min) • As a group, make a list of the hopes and fears – prepare to report summary back to the large group. (5 min)
Goals for the Day • Review the components of the plan and how it will be used for medical operations, large and small within the region. • Thinking through how the plan should be used using various scenarios. • Working together using the plan as a structure for day-to-day operations. • Identify issues or areas where the system can be improved.
