Charles Breslin - In Government Charles Breslin is the Founder and CEO of two companies; and he is also working with both the Governor of Pennsylvania and the Federal Government by advising them on cost savings programs in regards to issues such as energy, corrections, infrastructure and transportation. He is on Tom Wolf’s transition team doing budget and policy reviews for the Public Utilities Commission.

He is a skilled CEO of two companies and is also working on newly elected Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf’s Public Utilities Commission as part of his transition team.
