  2. What is ? EI is a community-based crowdsourcing website tailored to the development of electronic based projects Provides an online home for ideas and projects where they can be broken into tasks to encourage community collaboration

Content management framework • Core supports basic features • User account registration • System administration. • Extended by “Modules”– using “hook” system. • “Nodes” hold structured information • title, content, author, dateetc. • Menu system and views, create information architecture. • Theme system controls how all this looks to site visitors.
