  4. Positive stress • Some people wants to get expertise in their filed which they like it. • Some people just love to work get stress because they thing stress and busy get time kill faster. • Most of the people love to have easy task but some people love to have challenge.

  5. Positive stress Stress motivate • They here to make money and time is money Self confidence • To reduce their stress they take deep breath and put all mind on work.

  6. Negative Stress • Plenty of Madison • Anti stress Madison • Get annoyed • Do not want to talk in good manners • Lack of concentration • Out of foucks • Angry feeling • Stress burden

  7. Younger Employee stress • Young generation have big dreams regarding job. • Underestimate job position • Take it to easy • Lack of maganment with timing

  8. Elder employees • Not easy get stress • Experience of Years • Motivate junior employees • Sign of Stress

  9. Communication Stress • On Job location • Healthy communication build good relationship between co worker • Cell Phones and Laptops • Source of communication • Face to Face • When they are with administer control their stress

  10. International Employees • Outside of home country opportunists • Even though they get more stress and less money compare to people here, but it build their resume • Face Challenges • Communication stress different accent and different hours compare to other.
