#6: The Time Management 101Approach • Skills • Master certain basics such as using a planner, creating “to do” lists, setting goals, delegating, organizing, prioritizing.

Tips for Residency Directors • Meet with residents regularly and discuss their research projects. • Make sure residents go through the online certificate training – both parties learn about research.
