3. Funds Received (2016-17), (2017-18) & expenditure till date Year wise • Goa could not open a savings bank account. Hence funds were not allotted in Fin Year 2016-17. • Goa opened a savings bank account in State Bank of India and registered in PFMS on 12/07/2017. • Goa is awaiting allotment of funds in Fin Year 2017-18

7. Physical Progress – Completed, Process underway, Proposed • Department Land for construction of Centre of Excellence is identified at Dhargal, Pernem Taluka, Goa. • Details for center of excellence is awaited, after which the estimate & bid document will be prepared.

9. Status of Bid Document – Floated, Ready to be floated, Under Preparation • Details for preparation of estimate & bid document for RT-DAS at Tillari Canal is underway.

10. Status of various Studies / PDS etc. Purpose Driven Studies • Dam Break analysis and preparation of Emergency Action Plan for Medium and Major Dams in Goa • Simulating bathymetric changes in reservoirs due to sedimentation: Application to Dams of Goa • Both the proposals have been submitted to Shri C.P. Kumar, PDS Coordinator, NIH Roorkee. The second proposal is returned with observations which is being resubmitted. • Terms of Reference for Consultancy for Fact finding and planning study on coastal issues is submitted to NPMU & WB on 03/08/2017 for approval. • Terms of Reference for appointment of Individual Consultant - Senior Environmental and GIS consultant & Senior Coastal Modeller in SPMU is submitted to NPMU & WB on 09/08/2017 for approval.

11. Status of Data entry in E-SWIS • Officers for training in E-SWIS will be sent after which the data entry will be started.

12. Status of Hydromet Station (Both GW & SW), Reconciliation with state, CGWB, CWC, IMD etc. Hydro-meteorological stations (Surface Water ) • At present, it is felt that there is no need for more Gauge Discharge stations other than established under HP II. In future as per need, the details will be submitted to the committee & after approval new Hydro-meteorological stations (Surface Water ) will be established Hydro-meteorological stations (Ground Water ) • The Senior Hydro geologist of the Department has retired from Service . After the ground water network is finalised for additional sites, the details will be  submitted to the committee & after approval new Hydro-meteorological stations (Ground Water ) will be established. Hydro-meteorological stations (Meteorology) • List of hydro-meteorological stations (Weather station/ rain gauge station) is submitted to Superintending Engineer, Krishna Coordination Circle Hyderabad for placing before the committee for approval.

13. Status Public Finance Management System (PFMS), • Goa opened a savings bank account in State Bank of India and registered in PFMS on 12/07/2017. • Goa is awaiting allotment of funds in Fin Year 2017-18
