SEASONINGS, HERBS, MIXES & SPICES • Companies using anti-caking agents like wheat flour and others to “fluff” up and thicken their products • Look for labels indicating product contains gluten • Questionable if they don’t specify • Cross contamination is a possibility unless indicated otherwise
MORE RISKY CONDIMENTS • Salad Dressings • Soy Sauce • Ketchup • Marinades • Gravy mix • And others • Many contain distilled grain vinegar • Always check the label and ingredients • Call the manufacturer • Consider making it yourself vs. purchasing premade
