  2. Olympic/Paralympic Value • The value is determination because you are determined to encourage yourself to have a much healthier lifestyle. ‘SmallSteps4Life’ promotes this by encouraging you to get out of your comfort zone and make a huge effort.

  3. Healthy Eating Challenge • By preventing you to have a unhealthy lifestyle you will have to go with these steps. • For a month you will have to eat your 5 a day. You will have to do this everyday of the week to the end of week.

  4. Exercise • For a month you will go to the gym every day of the week. You will go to the gym and do some exercise for a hour day.

  5. Feel good • You choose one day in the challenge to do something that you enjoy and makes you feel good. This will give you a change to have a good time for the hard work you have done.
