It is a process that help thing more organize Knowledge can be divided in both tacit knowledge, which involves senses, skills and intuition, and explicit knowledge, which is formulated and/or captured The bigger the concept and the more product stimulates the further work and ideas, the more the product creative Creativity is a process and skill which can be developed and manage through out the entire organization

Why knowledge creative is important? • Creativity increase people self-esteem, motivation and achievement • KC would help people discover things for themselves • Also open to more new ideas • It keen to work with others to explore the ideas • Willing to work beyond lesson time when pursuing an idea or vision • Think creatively and critically to solve problem and to make a different for a better • Creative will prepare for the rapidly changing world • Creative people lead to richer lives, and in the long term, make a valuable contribution to society
