  12. 3 Review the references used in the paper: • Check the dates • Check the time frame of the events • see if the references are available at your school

  13. 4 Refer to the original assignment: • if the paper is about the assigned topic • it contains the information that was required • if the paper contains extra information that was not required

  14. 5 Review the citation styles: • Some MLA and some APA (mixed) • If there is a lack of references or quotations and the paper contains well-written information
