Structured Learning Experience IW:LEARN PCU team has 20+ years combined experience with training in face-to-face and e-learning formats IW:LEARN trained over 370 people since 1998 through evolving hybrid of face-to-face embedded within limited e-learning • Our conclusions: • Electronic is media good for networking, supplements -- but not a surrogate for -- face-to-face training. • For meaningful learning, IW:LEARN mustinvest more in face-to-face interactions.
