Form of Ownership • Limited Liability Company • LLC contains members, not shareholders – no stock • Each member owns an interest in the business as designated by the articles of organization • Entrepreneurship team = 12.75% and 1 vote each (51% total) • Investors = 24.5% and 1 vote each (50% total) • Liability does not extend beyond the member’s capital contribution to the business.
