Promotion • We will be promoting our product in the schools that is within our target market. • Local Business opportunities: • Purchase advertisment banners in our facility • Gets their name out there • We receive a monthly payment from the companies that advertise in our facility • $50/per month

Form of Ownership • Limited Liability Company • LLC contains members, not shareholders – no stock • Each member owns an interest in the business as designated by the articles of organization • Entrepreneurship team = 12.75% and 1 vote each (51% total) • Investors = 24.5% and 1 vote each (50% total) • Liability does not extend beyond the member’s capital contribution to the business. Thus, there is no unlimited liability. • Members may transfer their interest only with the unanimous written consent of the remaining members. • The Internal Revenue Service now automatically treats LLCs as partnerships for tax purposes • Partners pay tax on their pro rata shares of income on individual return even if income is not immediately distributed • Avoid double taxation experienced by corporations
