What is All-Access exactly? • What the customer purchases • An All-Access Pass w/1yr Membership • All-Access Pass includes • Key that unlocks any product in All-Access • Perpetual licensing for unlocked Products • do not expire even if membership expires • Membership includes • Support • Maintenance including all updates and major upgrades to any unlocked product • Access to any new products that may be released into your All-Access level during the course of your membership • Access privileges to download and unlock products online or onsite • Membership is annually renewable

  10. Ultimate License Flexibility • Workstation Licensing • Enables one user on one machine. Requires activation using an Embarcadero-supplied serial number (one per end user) and a user-created Embarcadero Developer Network account. • A licensed user can gain access to additional machines by purchasing a “Satellite License” • Network Named User • Leverages the Embarcadero License Center (ELC) to provides centralized license management using an in-house license server, installed at your site • Licenses are user based, not machine based. Users can run from multiple machines. • Licenses can be borrowed from the license server for up to 30 days (configurable by the ELC admin) • FLEXnet Publisher can optionally be used as a license server instead of ELC • Network Concurrent • Pooled licenses are usable by authorized users* • Leverages ELC or FLEXnet Publisher for centralized in-house license management
