  4. Common Issues 3: Internal Problems of Union • Lower Fees, low percentage of payers, lack of structure and system of paying dues • Recruitment, organising, trade union development • Recruiting young members

Joint Activities • Organising joint research • Information Exchange (materials and publications) • Networking (maintain contact list) • Inviting each other as resource persons • Joint training, capacity building • Joint appeals, solidarity actions • Joint projects • Promotion of social dialogue at all possible levels
