Accounting, Finance & Governance (AFG) Directed by Prof. Chris Mallin the AFG group aims at producing and disseminating world class academic research with high application impact. Areas include: • Auditing • Empirical Finance • Financial Econometrics • Portfolio Selection • Corporate Social Responsibility • Environmental Finance Recent activities from this area have been supported by the European Union; Economic & Social Research Council; Institute of Chartered Accountants; International Credential Assessment Service and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Business Regulation (BR) Research is supported by our Centre for Competition Policy (CCP), a member of The Centre on Regulation in Europe (CERRE). Employment Systems & Institutions (ESI) The group comprises interests across a range of social sciences and professional practice concerned with human experience and social functioning in the workplace.
