Please fill out the “Guess Who?” sheet for your child to find tomorrow morning. Please fill out the 3-2-1 information sheet about your child! Please put the 3-2-1 in the “In-Bin” when you finish!

8. 100 Book Challenge • 15 lines per week- • 15 minutes of reading per line • Read and get a signature • By Friday, students must be on the goal for the week.-On HW letter • At least 1 line must be from the leveled books brought home-Additional lines can be choice reading. • Book Rotation Process-Send books back ASAP

9. Important Information • Odyssey-home component • Do not do tests, quizzes or learning path • Homework folder –November 1st • Not sure how much or when HW will be given • Focusing on pre-tests, paper HW, and math facts first • No Perfect Attendance • Please do not send in sick children! • Conferences • Combined conference- 15 minutes • Letters will be sent home • Please make sure to- • Pick a day and time of day (Morning, afternoon, evening) • Please rank your choices-We try for 1st or 2nd choice!

17. Math • Math folder with challenge work will be kept in the classroom • Pretest each chapter-differentiate each lesson based on needs • May switch with other teachers!

Odyssey • Class lab time is 30 minutes a week • Letter sent home with details • Odyssey Home Component • Do not do tests, quizzes, or learning path ( we can see!) • Homework folders will be made • November 1 we will start HW—more info. will follow. • Right now we are focusing on paper HW, pre-test, math facts, and getting to know your child!
