  2. Initial Investigations • We began by investigating energy requirements of different types of light bulbs by riding a special bicycle to generate power.

  3. CFB Project • After investigating the energy requirements of different types of light bulbs, we decided that we wanted to educate the public about compact fluorescent bulbs. We contacted Menards and Home Depot for permission to present to the public.

  4. We set up the demonstration below and then took turns with our classmates to work with the public. This is the first shift.

  5. Then, we spoke to as many customers as we could. We heard back from Menards and Home Depot that our efforts were very successful. Please buy CFBs.
