Objectives • map the roles, added-value and means of mutually supporting involvement of various categories of CSOs in democratization and human rights promotion • achieve better complementarity in EU D & HR approaches and programmes • to identify the role of stakeholdersto promote anenabling environment for civil society • exchange experiences and compile best practices on the implementation of EU D & HR programmes.
Means • Focus on ENPI region for more targeted results -> feed the whole Structured Dialogue • ENPI region implements the most projects under EIDHR -> Regional conference in Amman, Jordan 28 June – 2 July Participants: EC HQ, Delegations, MSs, EP, local and European NGOs
Themes Operational Best practices in CSO involvement by EU Delegations – themes to be defined in consultation with EU Delegations

OUTPUTS • BEST PRACTICE GUIDE FOR USE OF DELEGATIONS -> Improvement of EIDHR management and CSO participation • Recommendations for improving Complementarity of EC programmes & making use of complementary roles of actors involved in democratisation and human rights
