Grilling • Step 3: • Allow the items to cook until char lines have developed on the presentation side. NEXT PREVIOUS
Grilling • Step 4: • Use the tongs to rotate the items 90° to create crosshatch markings on the presentation side. NEXT PREVIOUS
Grilling • Step 5: • Turn the items and cook the other side to the desired degree of doneness. Note: Crosshatch markings do not need to be added to this side since it faces the plate. NEXT PREVIOUS
