Scenario: EOT/EOT-R/COT • Resident admitted March 10th • Admitted for PT and OT following knee replacement for patient with CHF, COPD, shortness of breath when lying flat, diabetes • 5-day RUG=RVC • EOT ARD Day 8 with rate change • EOT-R resumption on Day 11 with rate change • 14-Day ARD Day 15 with rate change • COT observation Day 16–Day 22 (ARD Day 22, if necessary, for rate change that would be retroactive back to Day 16 • Discharged on Day 38
