Compression Programs • SRVP and RVP 1 for 1 • SRVPs and RVPs with white boxes in their direct lineage can compress all blank levels and zip Units directly to their first level by promoting a new first level Unit • SRVP 2 for 1 • SRVPs can compress a lineage with an S/RVP one level for every two Leader Development Occurrences. Compression Programs extended to April 1, 2014 PartyLite

Compression Programs – cont’d. • Leader One for One Program • For each NEW first level Unit promoted-out, Leaders can compress one leg of lineage and zip Units directly to their first level. • By promoting a New Unit on their own first level, RVPs who have Leaders in their downline with white boxes can compress all blank levels and zip Units directly to that Leaders first level. • With any ‘Leader Development Occurrence’ on their own first or second level, SRVPs who have Leaders in their downline with white boxes can compress all blank levels and zip Units directly to that Leaders first level.   12. Change in SRVP Maintenance Proposal: SRVPs with the following qualifications will be exempt from the monthly Leader personal sales requirement. (Unit andSRVPtitle requirements are still applicable.) Qualifications: • $3.5 Million or more in total lineage sales • Ten or more first level Leaders • One or more RVPs in downline lineage Rationale: At this level in the business, these SRVPs have a responsibility to work with their Central Unit, Central Region, and Total Lineage organization to drive sales, sponsoring, and leadership development. At this level of lineage, most have geographically dispersed lineage to which they need to travel, as well as greater demands on their time, due to the size of their organization, to work with both leaders and consultants. Removing this requirement for personal business does not indicate that top leaders should not pursue a personal business, it only provides flexibility as to when they pursue it.

Change in SRVP Maintenance • Program will begin Jan 1 • Qualifications will be reviewed quarterly • If an SRVP does not meet a qualification she will be required to meet standard personal sales requirements again. • SRVP will be able to re-enter this program at the next quarter she meets qualifications. • Details and rules will be sent to eligible SRVPs and posted on the RVP site. Grandfathering: • Current S/RVPS are not required to meet the qualifications • Effective January 1, 2014 current S/RVPs are required to meet bonus sales levels to receive Bonus Income
