Waiver Updates • April Reporting Feedback- June 20th • Approved • Need More Information • New 3 Year Projects • CMS Initial Approval received on 14 projects submitted • Awaiting Final fund distribution – Early June • Mid Point Assessment • Coming Soon • DY4-5 valuation finalized or plan modification requested • Plan Modifications • July 2014 – ALL Projects DY4 & 5 • After July 2014 – ONLY 3 Year Projects, CAT 3 and by HHSC mid point assessment request

Waiver Updates • UC IGT • Expect FINAL IGT amounts today • Enter IGT by COB, Monday, June 2nd • Settlement Date – June 4th • Payment Dates – June 11th – 27th • CC anchor on HHSC email with Trace sheet • DSRIP IGT • IGT for DY3 April Reporting & Monitoring • Expect FINAL IGT amounts at end of June • Settlement Date – July 9th • Payment Dates – July 31st • CC anchor on HHSC email with Trace sheet

Waiver Updates • Monitoring IGT • All IGT entities required • $4 Million requested for DY3 • Allocation based on DY3 project values as of Jan 1st • Full monitoring IGT amount requested in July regardless of whether IGT is due for DSRIP payment. If full amount not submitted in July remaining will be requested in January 2015 • Two Options: • Withholding • Excess IGT Provided
