This event has been a strong tool for Experimentarium to raise funds for new science communication activities!
DONG Energy, Denmark’s leading energy company,has donated 1 million Euroto an exhibition on energy and climate change
The exhibition consists of app. 35 exhibits on energy production, distribution and consumption

Experimentarium will surround the exhibition with a lot of associated activities:

The exhibition covers 500 m2 and shall open to the public on 29 January 2009

The facilitators of the conference is Experimentarium’s exhibition pilots
.. And special trained students, that play the role of a famous scientist
During the conference, the students can consultate the “scientists”
At the end of the day, the students shall have reached a common decision on the answer to the two questions
The success criteria defined by the donator was 2.000 students to join the project
Up to now have more than 3.000 students joined the project!!
All these activities would not have been financed, if the COP15 conference has taken place!!
