  3. Why I Chose My Apartment • I chose this apartment because it is not very expensive and it is what I am looking for • It has 3 beds and 1 bath, so I can live by myself with having enough space to keep all of my stuff and having room for guests.

  4. How I Will Pay For This Apartment • I will pay for this apartment by paying it monthly. It is $700 a month. I will pay for it by using my income that I get from my job. • The utilities I will also pay for with my own money.

  5. Roommates • I do not want any roommates. I like to live by myself and if I were to get a roommate I would only have one. • If I were to have a roommate then everything like rent, utilities, luxuries, and security deposit would be split evenly down the middle.

  6. Furnishing • Since there are so many rooms in the apartment and It would be just me I will put lots if furnisher in the house. • I would use one room for the master bedroom. The second room would be an office or workspace, so that would have things like desks. The third room would be a guest room so that would also be furnished like a bedroom. I will also have stuff for the kitchen, bathroom, and a common room.

  7. Maintenance • I will maintain this apartment by keeping everything clean. I will vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop regularly. • I will also not throw parties in the apartment and I will also always do dishes and keep everything picked up. • With the landlord permission I will also keep the outside nice by keeping the grass cut and plating flowers.

  8. How I Will Fulfill My Obligation As A Tenant • I will be a very good tenant because I will always pay my full rent on time. • I will also keep his space very neat and always keep the house clean. • I wont give him trouble and I will be very understanding of his rules and regulations.
