Us • As a group, brainstorm a list of texts that resonate with our lives here and now. • These texts can relevant to what you and your peers are experiencing as high school juniors and seniors, relevant to the community of Andover, relevant to the place we as a country are right now, etc. Those choices are up to you.
Independently: Why do we study literature? On my cue, discuss your answers as a group.
As a group discuss: • Is literature still important to us as a society? • Why or why not?
