Chapter Management Updates • Competitive Event Modifications • Electronic Career Portfolio—guidelines and rating sheets have been revised • Emerging Business Issues—teams present both sides, time increased to seven (7) minutes, not sequestered • Local Chapter Annual Business Report—reduced to fifteen (15) pages • States can advance four (4) entries in events requiring only objective tests

2014-2015 Officer Goals • Create a new state program known as the Step Up Challenge for chapters to participate in and become involved at the state level • Expand partnership with organizations such as MOD, ACH, ARORA, Ronald McDonald House, and Make-A-Wish • Promote social media use • Increase membership within each district • Bridge the gap between middle, senior, and PBL levels
