  3. Goal Fundraise money for underprivileged children. Build awareness of the role of music in the community. Gain experience to organize big events. Team work and participation.

  4. This project will help many underprivileged people, uniting the community.

  5. How? By making a music concert in which money which is sold for tickets is all going to charity.

  6. Importance It is important for the community that we are financially saving it.

  7. For Whom? The concert’s fundraise will all go to less-fortunate families with children.

  8. Sponsors We had many sponsors, they were:

  9. Bank Al Etihad They gave us their theatre free of charge.

  10. Ro’ya TV They interviewed my brother and I in Dunia ya Dunia and videotaped part of the concert.

  11. National Music Conservatory They accepted that two of their teachers perform at the concert (Mohammad Othman Sidiq and Megan Madison)

  12. Ammon News • They advertised the concert in their web page.

  13. Noursat They accepted to videotape the whole concert and capture images of it

  14. Nuqul Group Buying 50 tickets and donating 100 JDs as well

  17. Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem Advertising my concert during the Friday prayers. Father Artemis Demetrious, the head of the Patriarchate, is the one who advertised the concert.

  18. Saint John de La Salle Church • They also accepted to advertise the concert at the Saturday prayers • The head, Father Rifa’at Bader is the one who advertised the concert, and he’s also the head of Noursat in Jordan

  19. Tesco Tesco company accepted to print 200 colored copies of the concert’s program free of charge.

  20. Sacred Heart of Jesus Organization They gave us a list of food products and gave me the name and location of part of the families

  21. Islamic Charity Center – Nathif Center They guided me to the last part of the families

  22. Market Basket Gave us a 17JD discount for the food products we bought

  23. Paragon Their creative director, Fadi Awwad, designed and printed us posters and tickets for the concert

  24. e6bshora Abeer Damra, working at e6bshora web page for young talents, to interview me and my brother she attended the concert.

  25. Obstacles

  26. There was a delay in the time of printing the posters, discouraging some people to buy tickets before the concert, and discouraging us in the placing of the posters.

  27. At the beginning, the concert was due the 6th of April, however, because of the big amount of concerts commencing on that day, we had to delay the concert to the 18th, although there was a concert at the same time, called Dozan ya Awtar.

  32. Posters Posters were put in different places, including Bank Al Etihad, Damas, National Music Conservatory, Pastiche, St. John de La Salle Church, and the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem.

  34. Social Media An event was created in Facebook called Music for Charity concert, it helped in the advertisement of the concert Play 99.6 used their airtime and Twitter as a way of advertising the concert

  35. Lip spreading Lip spreading is a very efficient way of spreading any type of news, it helped word of my concert expand greatly

  36. Electronic newspapers Ammon News advertised the event using banners. Ammon news llinked the Ro’ya interview the thrie website in a news article.

  37. Rehearsals

  38. Before the concert, me and my brother spent hours of our time rehearsing and practicing, with or without Ms Megan and Mr Sidiq

  41. Audience: 102 Fundraised money: 673 JDs (with Nuqul’s donation) The concert was successful, and for some people, very emotional.
