Azusa American Little League Serving our community since 1956 www.leaguelineup.com/aall AALL would like to invite all boys and girls ages 4 – 12 to register for the 2011 Baseball-Softball Season! • Registration will take place on the following Saturdays: • January 8, 2011 • January 15, 2011 • January 22, 2011 • January 29, 2011 • February 5, 2011-Turnaround** • 10am – 2pm at Zacatecas Park • With Additional Sign Ups TBA New Registration Cost- $55 for all Divisions: Girls Softball: Minors: 6-9 yrs old & Majors: 10-12 yrs old Baseball : Tee-Ball – boys and girls ages 4 – 5 yrs old Farm – boys and girls ages 6-8 yrs old Minors – boys and girls ages 9-10 yr olds – with some 11 Majors – boys and girls ages 11 – 12 yr olds *Additional - Each player must leave a snack bar deposit which is refundable at completion of snack bar duty. • Registration Requirements: • Original Birth Certificate Abstracts will not be accepted • 3 proof of residency: Driver License, a utility bill, and any type of other bill • These forms are required upon registration for all players • Registration forms are accessible on our website. “ This is not an Azusa Unified School District sponsored activity and this material has not been prepared at District expense.” To Participate at the Azusa American Little League you must reside within our boundaries: West side of Azusa Ave., North of Arrow Hwy., East of the 605 fwy., and all children in the City of Duarte, Ca.
