o Being patient is hard for toddlers who have spent their childhood years being fed, picked up, entertained, and always being the center of attention. o However, gradually they move up the age ladder, and there comes a time that they need to understand the importance of patience. o Patience is tough but very important, as it can shape them and establish what kind of adults they become:
1. Safety 1. Safety Explaining to your toddler why sometimes patience is key for safety is a good start. Safety concerns like not going out in the heavy rain, because it can cause higher potential for an accident, is an example of being patient due to safety concerns. 2. Don't Reward Every Time 2.
