STEP ONE MAKE A FULL COMMITMENT TO GOD
Commitment to God • Make a full and complete commitment to Jesus • Surrender completely to the Lord A. What important principles can we take from this text about what it means to follow Jesus? Luke 14:26

Loving Service A. What was John’s purpose in writing his Gospel? John 20:31 • John’s purpose in life was to lead people to believe in Jesus in order that they might gain eternal life
Loving Service B. How did John become known as “the disciple whom Jesus loved”? John 19:26, 27 • John spent much time with Jesus • His life and character had been radically altered through his experience with Jesus
