This weeks actions – from 23 November 2011 • Remaining phase 1 universes will be moved to user regression • Phase 2 development has started • Move SecuritiesSettlment into phase 3 • Performance tune • Raise all DRQs once servers on site and space required for production servers • Continue performance tuning techniques in UAT environment

  5. Old Implementation Timeline Chart The following major bottlenecks have pushed back timelines: 1. Availability of SyBase production server: We could not extract data without hampering current production. IQ2 production environment was delivered 31/10/2011 2. Agreed production server delivery dates have slipped due to sign off and procurement of space: Due to deliver 09/12/2012 earliest. May push into January. *Without production and necessary spacing we cannot switch of SyBase.
