Evaluation Timeline and Calendar It is the educational leader’s responsibility annually to inform all professional educators within 30 days of beginning of contract of how they will be supervised and evaluated. They must ensure that at least the minimum requirements of the professional performance process are met for every employee.

Mid-Year Report Activity Read through pages 1-2 of the PIP, the 2nd and 3rd Informal Observations, and page 2 of the Data Collection Document C. Read the Commendations/Recommendations section of Donald’s Mid-Year Report. What else might you have included?
Activity • You will do the 2nd formal observation of Donald Mills using the Observation Report (PPP-4) • While you watch the video, complete the Observation Report (PPP-4)
Writing a Summative Evaluation Report Using the Collection of Evidence Read the last page of the PIP and the rest of the Data Collection Document C. Based on the Collection of Evidence on Donald: 1. Write the Summary Statement for Planning, Delivery, and Assessment of Instruction. 2. Discuss the fate of Donald and make your recommendation for his contract status on the 2nd page of the Summative Evaluation.
