MCS-150 Update Processing Issues Reported by FMCSA Contractor • MCS-150 forms sent to contractor with obvious data changes on the form that need to be entered in MCMIS. However, MCS-150 date of last update has already been changed in MCMIS but none of the data has been entered • Contractor then has to enter entire form as a “correction”
MCS-150 Update Processing Issues Reported by FMCSA Contractor • Pre-Printed MCS-150 data in IRP renewal packages from 4 States contained erroneous data in certain fields • PRISM Tech Support Has Already Made Significant Progress in Resolving with the States • State(s) sending carrier’s online update confirmation page to contractor • No need to do this
