QEP Schedule September 2010 QEP Steering Committee appointed and organizes to accomplish its work September 2010 Call for Pre-Proposals – QEP Topic October 25, 2010 QEP Pre-Proposals due November 23, 2010 4-8 Pre-Proposals selected for full proposal development/$2,000 development grants January 31, 2011 QEP Full Proposals due February 2011 QEP Steering Committee recommends 3-5 QEP proposals for further consideration February/March 2011 Provost discusses 3-5 recommendedQEP proposals with deans, faculty and Faculty Council April 2011QEP Topic selected by Chancellor’s Cabinet April 28, 2011 QEP Topic submitted to Board of Trustees for approval April 2011 - QEP Steering Committee develops QEP May 2012

QEP Schedule Continued June 1 – July 15, 2012 External Reviewer to read and comment on draft of QEP July 15 – August 15, 2012 Executive Committee reviews external reviewer’s comments and recommendations. September 2012 - QEP Steering Committee develops QEP December 2012 (or 6 weeks before On-Site visit) December 15, 2012 TBD: Earliest Date QEP due to SACS (February 15, 2013) TBD: Latest Date QEP due to SACS The due date for the QEP is 6 weeks before the On-Site Committee Visit. On-Site Committee visits are conducted the first part of February, March, and April 2013. Date will be scheduled at later time.)
