Belief something that one thinks is true Ideal the thought of something being perfect or good Beliefs and Ideals: • People’s ideas and feelings influence their decisions. • Discuss: • If you believe that peanut butter is delicious, how might that influence what you decide to make for lunch? • If you believe that the ideal (best)way to make a PB&J is to cut the crust off the bread, how might that affect the way you make a PB&J when you are at a friend’s house? (This friend loves the crust!)
