CHNG POH CHNG POH – – CH’NG POH CH’NG POH Chng Poh Tiong is a lawyer by training, He specialises in Bordeaux and contributes to publications and websites, including Hugh Johnson Pocket Wine Book, The World of Fine Wine, Ideal Ningbo (published by Shanghai Daily), Wine Life (Aussino China), www.chngpohtiong.com and www.champagnebordeaux.com.

About About Chng Chng Poh Poh • He is a Senior Judge of Best Wine Lists in the World Competition organised by The World of Fine Wine and Bordeaux Correspondent of FINE Wine & Champagne India magazine. For nearly 20 years, Ch’ng has been wine consultant to FairPrice and Finest, Singapore’s largest supermarket chain. He is also chairman of Koshu Expert Committee of Japan. Poh Tiong also holds a postgraduate Certificate with Distinction in Chinese Art from the School of Oriental & African Studies, University of London, and is an ambassador of The European Fine Art Foundation, TEFAF Maastricht. Ch’ng is author of 108 Great Chinese Dishes Paired (2010), My Friendship with Singapore’s Greatest Painter (2015), and 50 Bordeaux 50 Chefs (2017).
