3. Install Appraisal app from odoo app store

4. For creating new appraisal GotoAppraisal App > Create

5. Provide employee name,deadline for appraisal etc

6. We can see mail to employee > Then Save

7. Click > CONFIRM APPRAISAL AND SEND FORMS

8. Click > Done

9. Here we can provide the link to the appraisal form

10. We can see the kanban view & And schedule the activity

11. We can view Employees from Configuration > Employees

12. We can see the appraisal date from Configuration >Employees > Select employee > HR Settings > Appraisal Date

13. We can set the reminders for appraisal.Goto configuration >Appraisal reminders > Create.

14. We can specify the time for reminders > Save.
