By providing basic details like Address, Email, Logo, Parent company details, etc... of the company under the General Information Tab, We can create companies from settings.

How To Set A New Company In Odoo 13 www.cybrosys.com
To create a new Company • GotoSettings -> User & Companies.
We can see the list of all available companies. And We can create new company by clicking Create button.
Creating new company. • Provide the Name and necessary information of the company. • Specify the currency and parent company if exist.
Switching between companies. • The user can switch the company from the top menu bar (Developer mode).
Adding the bank account to the company. • GotoAccounting -> Configuration -> Add Bank Accounts
You can select the available bank accounts or you can create new by clicking Create It option.
To create new bank account provide account number and other details and click Create button.
Adding taxes in to the company. • GotoAccounting -> Taxes
We can see the list of taxes available to the company. And we can add new tax by clicking Create button.
Creating new tax. • We can configure the tax with different computation methods.
