APF Process • Purpose: • Communication tool to ensure that the health care provider, injured worker, employer, and claim manager are all on the same page • Emphasis on early return to work opportunities and discussion of physical restrictions • Certifies time-loss • Upon 1st visit or when status/restrictions change • Focus on timeliness and completeness
