Select-Then-Do • Highlight information to perform commands such as formatting, copying, and cutting • Highlight by • Point, click, and drag the left mouse button over material • Double-click to highlight a word • Press CTRL and click sentence to select sentence • Edit, Select All menu selects the entire document • Keyboard Shift and arrow keys will also highlight Microsoft Word
