  2. Please follow this simple step by step guide to enable you to download files from the communication centre.Please ensure that you have logged in to the communication centre using Firefox and you have identified the file you wish to download.

  3. Step One Choose the file displayed and click on this icon. When downloading photos, you may need to select the hollow arrow to download a low resolution file. A pop up box appears. Ensure you select the Open with ‘Winzip (default)’ option in the drop down box.

  4. Step Two Click OK. A download box appears and the file downloads.

  5. Step Three When the file has downloaded Winzip opens automatically. Choose the extract option. A dialogue box appears. Extract the file to the location of your choosing.

  6. Step Four Open the location you have chosen to ensure that the file has been successfully downloaded.

  7. Step Five Open the file to ensure that it has downloaded.
