  2. Christophe became fascinated at an early age with creating transforming novel meals from traditional Alsatian ingredients.

  3. North East of France very close to the Alsacian border, Christophe spent his early years immersed in the elegant villages outside of Strasbourg known for it’s infamous Christmas Market, fine wine, and excellent beer.

  4. Our professional career began as an apprentice at L’arnsbourg in Baerenthal, FRANCE, a 3 Michelin star restaurant. After his apprenticeship, Christophe attended the well reputable Hotel Management School of Strasbourg.

  5. Christophe enjoys crafting one of kind-unforgettable meals and is often inspired from his travels around the world from Southeast Asia and Europe complemented by his French roots.
