Growing up in the charming North East of France very close to the Alsacian border, Christophe spent his early years immersed in the elegant villages outside of Strasbourg known for it’s infamous Christmas Market, fine wine, and excellent beer. Christophe became fascinated at an early age with creating transforming novel meals from traditional Alsatian ingredients.

  3. professional career began as an apprentice at L’arnsbourg in Baerenthal, FRANCE, a 3 Michelin star restaurant. After his apprenticeship, Christophe attended the well reputable Hotel Management School of Strasbourg. He then spent the next several years working in Washington DC at the Willard Hotel and in other Michelin start restaurants in Asia such as Le Mout located in Taichung,

  4. During his time in Washington DC, he established a thriving personal chef enterprise that served high profile clients from foreign diplomats, foreign royalty, US Government executives, and Fortune 500 CEO’s.

  5. Christophe enjoys crafting one of kind-unforgettable meals and is often inspired from his travels around the world from Southeast Asia and Europe complemented by his French roots.
