Directors are elected by the active team membership • Active: You come to team meetings and have attended at least one competition. • You have contributed to both Outreach & Fundraising • You do not owe the team $$$ • Process: • Submit an application. • Talk to the team about why you want the position and why you are qualified for the position • Win the popular vote

Who gets to vote for the Directors • Active team members vote • Active: You come to team meetings and have attended at least one competition. • You have contributed to both Outreach & Fundraising • You do not owe the team $$$ • You may vote even if you do not plan to re-join the team next year

  4. Who votes for the Co-captains? • The active Mentors vote for the co-captains w/ Principals from both high schools invited to mediate the process • Process • Submit a Co-captain application for the position of your choice • If you do not secure a co-captain position you will be given the opportunity to run for a Director position of your choice • On the application for co-captain you will indicate which Director positions you would be interested in leading

  5. April 28:  Role out of process • May 14:  All applications due • May 19: Co-captain Selections • May 21: Team Meeting-Leadership Elections • May 22: Announcement of 2014-201 leadership
