His prayer was an intercession that the judge would be lenient on his daughter. 5. lineaments - n. - a features or details of a face, body, or figure, considered with respect to outline or contour Ex. His fine lineaments made him the very image of his father. 6. presage - n. - something that portends or foreshadows a future event; an omen, prognostic, or warning indication Ex. Hitting every red light on the way to work seemed to be a presage that the day would not go well. 7. prodigal - adj. - wastefully or recklessly extravagant Ex. The man was prodigal in his attire.
