HQMF R2 • Added a new ITMCNT measure attribute • Specified at the document or population level • Value is a CD specifying generic “procedure”, “encounter” etc. • Analysis of MU2 episode of care measures reveals additional requirements • Need to differentiate between counted and non-counted items of same type • Need to support multiple counted items of same or different types
