As a service to our membership and contributing employers CompuSys Inc offers a fully integrated, interactive website. This website gives access to all plan level information as well as participant related information such as eligibility, claims, pension history, etc.
In order to view personal information the member must log in. If it is their first time logging in they will simply follow the instructions on the screen to obtain log in credentials.
Members MUST accept the Terms of Agreement in order to proceed.
Upon acceptance of the terms the member is able to see all relevant personal information. They have the ability to see their family information, accumulators and the most recent claims activity. By clicking on All Claims, members have access to more detailed claims data.
Detailed claims information includes the Provider Name, Paid Date, Date of Service, Status, Billed, Paid by Plan, and Patient Responsibility. The member also has the ability to view and/or print Explanation of Benefits (E.O.B. Detail).
A PDF of the EOB is displayed and the member can view, print or save the document.
Members can request a new identification card via the website. Once the request is made the member should receive their cards in the mail within 14 days.
The current Summary Plan Description is available in a searchable format allowing the member to quickly find exactly the information they are searching for.

Members can email the fund office as well as see the Plan’s address and phone numbers.
Links to all PPO networks are found under “Find a Doctor or Provider”.
All important and necessary forms can be displayed on the Forms page. Forms will be displayed in a PDF fillable form as well as an e-sign form. If the member elects the fillable form it can be printed and mailed or emailed to the Fund Office, if they utilize the e-sign software no mail or printing is necessary.
In order to register, members must enter their name and email address, for validation.
Upon registration, the member will receive an email with a validation code, which is required to continue in the registration process.
The validation code from the email is entered into the DocuSign site in order to finalize the registration.
Further instructions are given to the member. They must again agree to sign electronically.
An example of how the e-sign form will appear. The form is filled in and electronically signed and sent to the Fund Office. No further action is required by the member.
The Pension site has similar capabilities and functionalities as the Health site, only it relates to Pension data.
Prior to signing in to the Pension site, the member MUST accept the Terms of Use. No further action will be allowed with out acceptance of the Terms.
On the Forms page members can access plan forms. Forms in green have e-sign capabilities. Blue forms are in a fillable PDF format.
The landing page displays the members vesting and contribution history.
By clicking on “Monthly Contributions” the member is able to see their contributions by month.
The Publications page displays the plan’s current Summary Plan Description, Amendments and other related news and reports.
The member has the ability to change their password and email address on the Edit Account page.
We also offer an app that allows members to access information on the go. The app is available from iTunes as well as Google Play store.
