  3. The Journey of the Project Selection My hobby to make a self operable machine Wanted to apply the knowledge of physics and mathematics Senior project being a perfect platform that I was seeking

  4. Programming the Robot.

  5. Jumping into the Project !! • How did I find my mentor? • Asked about the electronics section at Student Service Center • Was referred to the Professor Melvin Duvall

  6. Challenges on Boe-bot. • What isBread board circuit ? • Learned about it online • Took a quiz on Boe-bot and it’s components

  7. Debugging and trouble shooting. Had to debug the program frequently Troubleshooting the hardware Had to run the program time and again so was more of a mentally challenging task

  8. Operable computer to program my boe-bot ! • I did not own a laptop • My neighborhood friend lend me his laptop • I met Alvin at the SCC who is the student of my mentor, who let me use his laptop

  9. Potentials Improvements. Improve the sensitivity of the Boe-bot Modify the Robot according to the surrounding Calibrate, Debug, and Troubleshoot consistently

  10. Impact of the Project. Increased depth of knowledge Use the available resources to the full extend Completion of the project has influenced me to make the career in this field
